Speaking of culture...
Obviously one area of expansion is the international "market". But if a forum are too trapped in the local culture, it would be difficult to attract international users, never mind about the contents. By culture I don't mean just the language, but also the manner in which we interact, how well we appreciate contributions, how the forum deal with rude comments and disputes etc etc.
The above is not referring to this forum, but local watch forums in general.
