My View, both have rise, price can drop or go up.
Watch can wear and go with me wherever I go, can't carry gold bar around and display.
Gold bar can off load any time it's a matter of pricing, watch depend on luck, may take awhile.
Both for best, however if choice is only one, I will go with watch.
