          Strange to hear that they had bad service as I had bought 3 timepieces from them previously and everything went quite smoothly...discounts not fantastic but were pretty professional though..not not sure of the current service levels as my last purchase from them was about 3 years back..perhaps they are taking their regular business for granted and dropped their service levels instead?!!

                          Exactly. The perception is high end retail services in Spore is somehow lacking in high end servicing. However, I did receive a top notch service from a branch manager in HG. Would definitely look for her if I do make another purchase there.

                            imo, services in singapore at the major retailers have always been top notch. The only unpleasant experience was with sincere watches. terrible service (especially the one at ngee ann city)... even tried to hard sell me a lange watch. seriously,the watch is like 80000 and it was like they expected me to buy it on the spot just because i expressed interest. I am an expert in pressure tactics due to work lol so sorry it doesn't work on me, but still it's sad. i believe you should create a conducive environment for the buyer to contemplate about it, instead of constantly chirping by my ear every 5 sec. the worst part? "buy la, just buy la, today i have't had sales yet." seriously??! hahaha
