In today's ST, Malaysia PM Najib was photographed wearing a Pam 292 laying bricks.

Can't tell if it's a J or K but most likely the one without a pig. He's quite hip leh. Looks nice on him too.

I guess its fine for some PMs or Presidents around the world wear something Iconic. Spotted our MPs wearing something with a "thunder" Milgauss.

That's because he is the PM of Kuching mah.

          Haha.

Wonder where he bought the 292...AD or grey dealers or sg-roc or P.com?

Ya. I remember that picture too.

Local politician may own but do not wear it in public. Had lunch with 2 of them, one was wearing Longines and the other Seiko kinetics. Even got some in those black casio digitals. Have not seen any in Rolex. Too flashy and recognisible and not good for their all white image. Maybe its even in the protocol not to be seen in such wears.

I believe so...I think in public they have to wear the not so loud brands.

doesnt really help their image regardless of how cheap a wqtch they wear cos the whole world knows how rich they really are based on the salary they drawing. So, even if all wear nautilus,or all casios, the world still know they are millionaires.

That 'pal' has switched camp. Strangely, after praising Pam to the moon and slam that rolex make him lose a lot of money... he has disappeared from selling Pam for a while cos he has been busy building up his 'full complete' sets of Rolex vintage for his next big break.

                        All the best to him.

Not likely Najib may have bought from him. But most likely Sincere or THG will surely reserve one for Najib as soon as he calls them.

It's true. I have seen a young MP and a minister driving an Audi, Merc...no worries. Yet, I know of a very old one who is filthy rich but only appears in public in a small 1.3l Jap car cos he always argue on agenda of helping the poor.

He's got good reason to wear this as he is the Chief of SNOC. Omega = Olympics. He giving support.

If singapore has a F1 team and is sponsored by Richard Mille or AP, then got reason for politician to wear to support team sg.
