Recommended Clip-on Macro Lens?

Hi folks... am looking for a clip-on lens to attach to my iphone5 (& possibly my ipad too) to take macro shots of watch dials.

There are so many out there in the market... with 3-in-1 lens etc. from 60x to 100x zoom.

Anyone used any of these before? any recommendation?

My main purpose is to take macro shots... any extra fish-eye lens etc is a bonus but not necessity.

Just to add on, the macro lens will not be able to take a picture of the whole dial. it zooms into the details

Thanks SLC. I'll check out Toy outpost.. the clip seems rather big though.. the sample shot is quite good!
