Dilemma... Which will u choose?

Am new here in sgroc. Has been reading a lot of old threads with some on Rolex or AP, and so on...

Appreciate if bros here can give ur opinion with the situation mentioned below :

1. You already have a SS Daytona and a APROO.

2. Generally, you like both the brand Rolex n AP and the unique individual design.

3. Price : Maybe a few $K difference...

Which one will u go for? The RG APROO(25940OK) or the WG Rolex Daytona(116509)?

If you already have a SS daytona, isn't the 116509 too similar? In any case, I will just get a SS 116520, source a blue arabic dial and handset and you will a cheaper SS version of the 116509.
Assuming your existing ROO is not RG, I will choose the 25940OK simply because it will look different.

Oh... Tats a very good point(too similiar) which I really nv tot of... Thx mate...

One thing I like abt the 116509 is the weight... SS Daytona abt 142g(feels a bit light) and the DSSD abt 210g. The 116509 is in between, maybe as heavy as the DSSD...

Anyone has any idea the mass weight of the 116509?

Was in your position or situation about 2 years back ................in the end I got the Patek 5980 instead ...as I wanted something different ........& must have a solid resale value.
