I have deal with bro leofender once and I can safely say that he is a fine gentleman with lots of sincerity and earnestness. He is also an enthusiastic watch collector who is always willing to share his knowledge with others. I feel really sorry that someone has done something like this just to smear your reputation. But don't worry, the community will always be behind you. That said, why are the moderators not doing anything about this issue? If anyone can just give a negative feedback out of spite or just simply troll or spam, then what is the point of the feedback system?

Leofender has my backing anytime, this is a top notch bro who sells fantastic watches at amazing prices, I am not sure why would anyone wanna flame him. I have dealt with leofender a couple of times, A great watch collector and seller here. The person who put a negative feedback on u just hasn't a right mind of sense here, Don't worry about him! Jaegerman,pls do not only view this matter from the seller point of view, sg-roc is only a platform for all members to trade sell ur watches and we do not earn anything from the sale. We're just a bunch of watch crazy fellows helping out in the forum.

Did we mention that we're not doing anything about that?We have to view each case and study thru both side of story instead of taking side. Kindly understand that.

If u have better ideas on how to improve the feedback system, we welcome u to suggest instead of questioning the system without constructive suggestion.

do you expect moderators to read all threads and all posts daily? i have stress repeatedly that moderators are volunteers who have their own work and their family.

if you want something to be done, at least pm one of the moderators to seek assistance. rather than asking moderators to pm for more information, why dont take the initiative and pm one of the moderators all the information you have on hand?



the right way is to report the rating which the moderators received. just to update you, one of the moderators has already began appropriate action(s). you will be notified of the outcome in due time.

do note that there is no perfect system. sg-roc is set up on a system based on vBulletin. there are limitations that some things cannot be implemented.

moderators (VOLUNTEERS) cannot be looking @ all the new posts/threads/ratings. it is up to individuals to report them so that the moderators can take appropriate actions. if members like moderators to look @ all new posts/threads/ratings, will you as a member be willing to pay their for their time and service rendered?

i have already written a user guide with some rules and regulations in the thread since last year, i wonder how many of you have read them?



in this thread, it has been clearly stated that members who abuse the system will be taken to tasks.

do also read this thread, under Netiquette no 8. it clearly states abusing the iTrader system will result in actions being taken.

i strongly urged all members to read all the threads in the Forum FAQ if you have not done so.

Hi bro Triton, thank you for your reply and also your time to look into this issue. Actually I have already reported this issue on 8 Aug which was 4 days ago, I'm not sure if I reported it correctly but I click on the report bad rating on the feedback system. I have also reported a bad visitor message also. I did not get any reply so I reported the bad rating again. I've tried my best to include all the details in this post here but I'm not sure what other details do you still need, so I said if you need further info, you can feel free to contact me. That said, I've never doubted the capability of the moderators and they are definitely doing a very good job. Thank you moderators!

I was once a moderator of a forum b4. I understand its nvr easy. Nevertheless bro leofender I believe u have aready build up a strong customer base already.so there's no need for u to worry that negative remark by that joker will spoil ur reputation.

Buy low sell high lah ( bet a lot here doing the same, all seller( exclude 1st owner )and re-seller want to make some profit ) or maybe really wanna conned other to buy unauthentic ceramic PAM...someone posted a unauthentic blk ceramic PAM brought by his friend seeking for view here. But it good to alert other of this kind of possible scammer trash.
I think feedback here too good man. Within one month, see quite a few fellow being banned. That is first class moderating but ban should not be permenant lah unless they are absurd or scammer or start scolding other parent and ancestor or ... No point permenant ban as they just use new nick...
