Civil servant mostly good pay lei(excluding the non-degree holder) especially the MOE side...a fresh out of NIE grad teacher can get near 4k, what is not affordable? I will think twice if they start wearing AP or Hublot, the rest is kachang putei to them.

Of course, i saw ICA coastal command Dy Head wears AP to work. Probably his 2 months pay Liao.

I'm a sub contractor myself and wouldn't be surprised if any others are wearing rolex... jus saw a 2nd hand car salesman the other day wearing a gmt2c... and also saw an uncle who lah kopi at a hawker center wear a day date... actually in sg is very common to see ppl wearing rolex... anyone can buy a rolex just need to save up or strike 4d or toto...

Me sell bifold doors..most funny was when i go up to measure door, some owners will see see then appear again with some very powerful watches...actually i feel wear rolex or not also nothing special...

Rolex is truly a solid watch suitable and available for everyone.
Not just for the elites.

Anyone can save up for one.
And it will last for a long long time.

The key is not to baby it so much. As though you are taking care of it for the next fella.

Nothing to be surprised on, because it's a different character and lifestyle on people choosing a watch. And seriously, it's not difficult for any People to own a Rolex nowadays. It's just the thinking of whether you bear to pay that amount for the watch only.
