Experience with Watch Arena, Lu Ann, W---- L---

Hi all, I am thinking of getting a new rolex watch. It will be my first purchase!

Anyone has experience with Watch Arena, Lu Ann, W---- L--- etc?

Are they reliable and what should I look out for when purchasing a new rolex from them? Can I be assured that the watch I'm getting is not a refurbished one and genuine?

Just wanna comment that if you are buying second hand watches, take your time to check the whole watch and dun just take their words for it. There might be very minor dings and scratches which can be very hard to detect at times.Most of the time, they would not inform you if you failed to detect yourself unless maybe you are a regular customer of their shop.

I dunno about others. But I recommend watch arena! Positive experience.

Will be scouting around and reading up more. One of the shops I listed is selling considerably cheaper than Watch Arena... There seems to be a consistent support for Watch Arena on ROC though

I bought a few watches from watch arena too... Deal with confidence. The newly renovated shop looks great too

dealt with W---- L--- once. Happy with my purchase. But he was a little bit stuck up the way he handled things.
Kept telling me I could tell him whatever watch I wanted and he could get it for me. So the following week I asked him if he could get a specific AP model. He told me he only sells what he lists on the internet.

Hey y'all. Just want to say thanks for all the feedback and advice.

Just pulled the trigger finally after so long! Watch in my avatar. Simply mesmerising and I can't keep my eyes off it, even at work!

My experience with the shop with the new boutique - nice shopfront! Very polite and patient folks, good service overall. Boss seemed quite busy though with quite a lot of customers and calls!

Will definitely go back if I have more dough
