      the dial is printed in JB my uncle supply the ink to them, and formulated by my father.

        It's possible. Seiko never printed Japan Made as of Swiss Made.

          We're doomed. I just learnt that Seiko moved its movement plant to Malaysia in 2006. Movements were made in Singapore and cased in HK.

          Certain JDM models were made entirely in Japan, but these sell for more.

          (Would you believe I was reading an article last night, talking about fake seikos ... otherwise known as Feikos)

          Anyway, still got hope.

          The Rolex homage brand Sandoz.... some of their models are made in Singapore. Some in HK.
