What does it mean by the above mechanism in watch?

Tried to look for information but could not find any relevant info on it.

Is it quartz or automatic movement?

I think what it is trying to say in japlish( jap english) is that the Machinery ( mechanism/movement) is a Japan Movement ( no swiss not China movment)

I think it trying to say "mechanical" which mostly like imply auto/manual mechanical watch. But could be quartz as jap English sucks just like mine. Hahaha

more likely than not, they ran it through some online translation and got 'machinery' rather than 'mechanical'.... just like them good ol' PRC adverts.
