  • So After Much TCSS and Aniticipation...

... I have officially launched my watch review website (thehorologychronicles.wordpress.com)!

(If you still can't recall, I was talking about it here http://www.sg-roc.com/threads/110084...tupid-or-What-!)

I really want to thank all the members who have been really supportive of me to launch this site (especially ten10 and pegasi, and others). Even though my first post on the site is not really a reviewing, but I still do hope that you guys can follow me on my Wordpress and continue to give me your support!

So anyways, this is my first article (http://thehorologychronicles.wordpre...r-calibre-562/), and I am dedicating it to my Omega Seamaster Caliber 562, as I am parting with it soon (and of course, to atone for me not showing enough C and C to her in my 10 months of having her). I hope you guys and girls have a good time reading it, and rest assured that better posts will be uploaded soon!

      Not bad at all.

I was afraid that you would write a review the way most people wrote...then it wouldn't be very interesting.

I like its layout, the experience sharing, and that the feeling expressed is authentic.

      keep it up.

PS. that is the longest PS I have ever seen

          a good start.

as your is a dedicated watch blog, maybe you would like to consider the following :

          1. adjusting the hands to 10:10 position
          2. try to eliminate shadows
          3. wipe off finger prints
          4. watermark your pictures

most important, develop your own style of writing.

Good advise. always have these handy:
                1) a lint-free cloth.
                2) a lens blower.

I joking only bro...but I might just do it when I have the time. I like the idea of writing on my own space.

Don't wait. just do it. don't procrastinate.

my wife actually encouraged me to do it. So i started it when i took a break from work last year. I've not been that active recently cos of work. I usually work on a review whenever the weather keeps me off my bike. I might do another one this weekend cos of the haze...

lemme know when you start one.

Alamak. You don't look like your avatar and someone a guy puke.

Joke aside. Well done. I feel you should put more review on the watch itself , but this could be your unique style .

and PS, I really need to let out all my feelings then. LOL

Thanks boss! Well, this was kinda done in an impromptu manner, so I didn't really clean up my watch and stuff. Did it because I felt that I need an avenue to channel my emotions, and the page seems to be an appropriate place to do so. But I will definitely take note of that for my following reviews subsequently

Hmm, this wasn't really a review, I admit. Just sold this watch, and I felt that I need an avenue to channel my emotions, so I decided that it would be a good time to start my watch blog and begin writing stuffs on it....

we all start somewhere, along the way there will be advice, some may not be what you like to listen/hear. you are the writer for this blog, you have to decide what advice you think is beneficial for your site and what is not. setting it up is easy, it is even harder to maintain it.
