my daily diet is along the lines like this:
0700 breakie: cup of milo
1200-1400hr (anytime) lunch: 3x toast sandwich or rice with last night leftovers

breakie: dry mee poh, 2x fried dough, 1x teh-C
tea: tehC
lunch: proper meal + drinks
arvo tea: tehC + snacks
dinner: hawker food again (tze char)
home: chinese tea + fruits
