Usually I start my from Fort Road, park my car @ the lorry carpark, then jog till Big splash. Distance not so far, me just want to sweat out will do. Evening time tends to have a lot of people blading, cycling, joggers.
Sometimes I jog in the middle of the night, just love the peace @ night.

also better to mix exercises with your jog. lately, ive been doing a combination of swimming, running, and cycling. like triton mentioned, watch your diet too. quite often, it is too easy to eat big after a session.Currently wearing:

Hi Everybody,
Result and practicality may be controversial but like to input my way of training to lose weight.
In order to lose weight we must watch our diet..
Easy to say is output must be more then Input.
Multiple light meal..rather than goin into hunger and over eat. Able system to regulate a smooth metalbolism rate to breakdown food efficiently .
By goin into hunger, system in your body will signal there are not food in the stomach and metalbolism will tends to slow down and reduce rate of burning.
When food starts to load in, system are lazy to restart, therefore will have dificulty to Kick start.
So best do not over eat, maintain a regular and constant food intake.
Some may take less starchy food..when food are not efficiently breakdown or burn will becomes to fats..
Sugar gives calories and turn into carbo for energy..when fuels are not utlise it becomes fats.
Best Exercise 3 x a week
Duration of 15-30mins for healthy lifestyle maintainence. (60-70bpm)
For fat burning required to run for 45-mins and above,Reach training heartrate and maintaining between 65-80bpm during exercising.
100% Training heart =(220-age)
100% Trg HR x Target HR= exercise HR
Example Age is 30yrs and target HR is 80%
220-30= 190
190 X 80% = 152bpm.
Therefore exercise heart rate must reach 152bpm during training.
Water will lose first, then follow by fats and lastly muscle...that is why ultra long distance runners are slim and small in their build...
General sharing, cheers!
