anyone here care to share some tips on how to gain mass..been trying to gain weight but something isnt going right.? any tips, advice or products to share.?
Go to the gym at least 3 times a week and drink weight gainers.
you need to work those muscles and the weight gainers will provide the supplements to make them grow.
never drink weight gainers alone without working out because your body will overheat!

Take proteins with gainers, they are supplements to regular meals. Gainers contain lots of carbo to help you put on calories. BUT if you just eat and don't exercise with weights, you'll pack on fat instead. If you work out with weights, then try to eat between 4-6 meals daily.
any particular brand or label i shld be looking out out for.? not too sure bout gainers..
I took mega mass last time, not sure what is more popular these days.
I gained 4 KG a month! in 3 months I hit my ideal weight and started getting more hot dates

depends on individual bodies...but general, they are all correct.
eat QUALITY food + QUALITY training = mass gains.
on average for guys: aim for 6-7 meals a day (includes protein shakes)
for mass gaining: total grams of protein intake / day = your weight in lbs x (1.5-2)
then divide that number into the number of meals you take.
so that each meal that's the amt of protein u should consume.
so the heavier you are, you have to eat more. which is why smaller-built people actually gain mass faster!
watch for sodium content in food as that tends to retain water and make you look and feel bloated + cause hypertension.
by the way, to gain mass, you also have to eat more than your basal metabolic requirement so that your body will grow.
and mass gaining aint cheap!! it is actually very expensive.

Good post....May I add another point? Dun mix cardio with your weight training together. it will be counter-productive for ur muscles....I mean cardio with weight training in a single session. Separate them on different days
I agree with bwbw, eating, sleeping and gymming in sufficient quantities is more than enough. You don't have to fuss over the minor details.
After 6 years of experience with bodybuilding, I feel that everyone has their own formula of what works best for them. There is no one sure way for everyone to achieve their goals.
I would recommend that you eat alot of brown rice and chicken though.
