Just keep eating mate! Eat several meal just keep the meat going! white chicken breast hard boiled egg and bread and potato!! just keep them comingg! Sure can see results, but motivation is the most important
Find a supplement store near you and ask. Also check out bodybuilding.com, lots of great tips on how to bulk up. But as others have said - make sure you are going to the gym regularly and not just sitting at home or you'll just get fat.
