you gotta eat big to get big.
i consume oats, and dry chicken breast for low fat high protein diet.
i do take supplements, but the protein from supplements accounts for only 30% of my RDI.__________________________________________________ _________________________________________________

Take the time to do research on your body type. Then maintain your calories intake through the different means. Test your body, everyone has different methods of attaining their desired physique but, diet is key. You can look for diets such as IIFYM or IF etc. you can try fitness pal for a start! Cheers!
